Answer:
1. From the picture, the engineer found the customer changes the model to C6.
2.Please click this icon “ConfigAssist”.
3.Then choose the C4 model “SDconnect”.
After the engineer changed the model to C4, the customer said it can diagnose the car.
If you order the DOIP MB SD C4 diagnostic tool, please don’t change the model if you don’t know how to set it back.
