Problem:
My computer (Win10 O/S) did not detect the vxdiag vcx se Benz scanner, vci has an exclamation mark on the right up corner of the screen and vx manager displayed Offline network status. What should I do to make it work?
Solution:
Update firmware and C6 VCI driver it should be fine.
