The Obd2 function of xtool x100 pad is not working, it just loads forever. how to solve this problem？
Solution:
Go to Quick Support function, copy and paste ID (9-digit) there to obdii365.com customer service.
Then accept the connection. Xtool engineer will access to your x100 pad system. Then detele or download necessary software program.
Don’t quit until you are told to. Try again after finish downloading software.
